Change Default Location for Windows Explorer

When you click the Windows Explorer icon (looks like a folder) on the taskbar in Windows 7, it automatically opens up to the Libraries. However you can easily change the default location:

Right-click the Windows Explorer icon on the taskbar, right-click the Windows Explorer icon, and select Properties. Then add a space and path to the Target field.

Example: %windir%\explorer.exe c:\Folder

You can also use shell commands, such as to make the Computer window show up:

%windir%\explorer.exe shell:MyComputerFolder
