HD TimeStamp Interval Interferes with power management

NT SP4 writes a time stamp to the hard disk every 5 minutes to approximate the
last time it was shutdown. Some 3rd party power management programs on NT will
not function properly if the operating system is writing to the hard disk. To
disable the timestamp:

Hive: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
Key: SOFTWARE\Microsoft
Windows\CurrentVersion\Reliability

Name: TimeStampInterval
Type: REG_DWORD
Value: 0
