How to deploy a customized user profile

Deploying a Default User profile to multiple users on your network is easy. Just follow these steps:

Create a template user account, usually a domain account, and give it a unique name.

Log on to one of your client computers using this template account and customize the desktop the way you want your users to have it.

Copy the user profile for your account to the NETLOGON share on your domain controller. You can do use the System utility in Control Panel on your client computer to do this, just select the Advanced tab and click Settings under User Profiles, select the profile and click Copy To.
