Microsoft recently published a technical case study called “Improving Desktop Performance with the Risk and Health Assessment Program for Windows Desktop” that demonstrates how Microsoft IT utilized the Risk and Health Assessment Program for Windows Desktop (WDRAP) to develop a proactive client health initiative that optimized the performance of the computers on Microsoft’s corporate network.
