Frank Heyne has released a freeware limited and shareware RegDACL, DACL Manager for Registry
keys. This software will allow you to:
- list all ACEs
- list effective permissions for the key
- query ACEs of a group for the key
- query effective permissions of a group for the key
- modify ACEs for all important groups
