Troubleshooting an empty task sequence page in Lite Touch wizard

You are trying to deploy Windows using MDT 2010 using LTI but the task sequence page of the wizard is blank. Why?

Several things could cause this, including:

  • You have a USB flash drive plugged into your technician computer and the flash drive has MDT files on it.
  • You have CD or DVD media in the CD/DVD drive of your technician computer and the media has MDT files on it.
  • You have mis-specified the DeployRoot variable in your bootstrap.ini file.
