SQM data? Squim data? What in the world is that? Haven’t we been using ISA firewalls for years and never heard of a SQM? OK, maybe you have, I don’t remember waving at it when driving over the ISA highway for almost a decade.
Maybe SQM is part of the Microsoft FlexGo Technology 2.0?

I couldn’t find anything useful on the Microsoft site, so I Googled (I would have used Live Search, but it already failed when I searched the Microsoft site).

“FlexGo is a technology developed by Microsoft to enable users to pay for using a fully-featured personal computer based on the amount of time it used for, similar to pay as you go for cell phones. Another method of payment would be a monthly subscription. It was introduced on May 22, 2006. IBM and other corporations are also adapting similar business models to expand into new markets.
