Can you subscribe Edge server to multiple Exchange organizations?

No. The Microsoft Exchange Edge Transport server can only be subscribed to one Exchange organization, and can only be subscribed to one Active Directory site. It is however possible to subscribe multiple Microsoft Exchange Edge Transport servers to the same Active Directory site.
