Every Windows admin knows – or should know – the value of the great free Sysinternals tools created by Mark Russinovich and available on Microsoft’s TechNet web site. But did you know that you don’t have to download the tools now to run them? Sysinternals Live is a service that enables you to run the tools without manually downloading them.
In addition, there’s an update to AutoRuns (v11.1) that adds new autostart locations, reports the active filter in the status bar and highlights unsigned images as well as those with no company name or description to make them easier to spot. Find out more here:
