Earlier in the month, Cisco weighed in with their annual security report, which contains few surprises but does provide the perspective of the company that makes much of the network hardware over which our digital communications run. It focuses on three key issues – the growing attack surface, the growing sophistication of attacks and the growing complexity of both the threats and the solutions.
