For this week’s BPOS support video we learn how to configure e-mail address forwarding for a Microsoft Exchange Online mailbox. E-mail forwarding allows users to automatically forward e-mail messages, which can be set up through a user’s account rules. With PowerShell, IT admins can also set up e-mail forwarding on their users’ behalf.
