According to Krebs on Security, the July 2016 report from the United Kingdom’s National Crime Agency (NCA) indicates that cybercrime makes up a great percentage of the crime statistics than “traditional” non-computer related crimes. And that’s only the ones that get reported. Victims are less likely than those of many other types of crime to file formal reports; in many cases, they don’t even know they’ve been victimized.
