We all know, in a vague sort of way, that Google knows a lot about us, based on the topics we search for, our posts on their social network, maybe even the documents and pictures we store in their cloud services. But if we take precautions such as turning off third party cookies and choosing the browser option to tell web sites we don’t want to be tracked, our information won’t be gathered, right? Think again. This article shows what information Google receives when you visit the Internal Revenue Service web site, and it’s a little disconcerting.
