Microsoft released recently a new tool for Exchange Server 2007 that helps administrators to migrate anti-spam settings from their Exchange 2003 environment to Exchange 2007 environment: Exchange 2007 Anti Spam Migration Tool.
Overview
The Exchange 2007 Anti Spam Migration Tool reads these settings from Active Directory and converts them to equivalent Windows Power Shell script (consisting of Exchange 2007 tasks) which can then be run on Edge Transport or Hub Transport roles of Exchange Server 2007.

In order to run this tool, you will need the Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 or higher installed on your system.
