Exchange Connections – Fall 2011

One of the most emblematic Exchange events is scheduled October 31 to November 3, Exchange Connections.

Messaging and collaboration technologies move at a dizzying pace. Microsoft and its ecosystem partners are continually releasing new software, hardware, procedures, and updates that make the world of unified communications ever more complicated. What’s the best way to keep up? Come to Exchange Connections to get the answers you need! Our sessions cover the real world: deploying, managing, and maintaining Microsoft’s Exchange and OCS/Lync products in your business to get the functionality you need. This year, we’re going deep on Exchange 2010 and Exchange Online, including coverage of deployment and information protection, as well as the new features to expect in Exchange 2010 SP2 and how to co-operate and co-exist in hybrid deployments where some servers operate on-premises and some are in the cloud. We’ll have sessions to help you analyze the best option for your company when the time comes to upgrade and discuss the benefits and pitfalls of moving into the cloud. We will show the advantages of integrating Exchange with SharePoint (and other collaboration solutions), as well as exploring the best way to make use of unified communications in your organization. If you’re still running Exchange 2003 or Exchange 2007, don’t worry- we’re covering them too, with content to help you make the most out of your existing investments and to prepare for the future, whether it’s on Exchange 2010 or Microsoft’s Office 365 cloud offering.
