GIMP 2.3.14 Development Release

GIMP is the GNU Image Manipulation Program. It is a freely distributed piece of software for such tasks as photo retouching, image composition and image authoring. It works on many operating systems, in many languages. Basically it is a free replacement for Photoshop. GIMP will most likely meet requirements of most casual users who need graphics processor, while professionals will be happy with Photoshop.

Version 2.3.14 is another development snapshot to wet your appetite for the upcoming GIMP 2.4 release. The source code can be downloaded from the usual places. If you want to try this unstable development snapshot, please read the release notes for the development releases.
