“Grabit” cyber espionage targets small and mid-sized companies

We think of cyber spies as a phenomenon that applies to the largest conglomerations, but small orgs are vulnerable too, especially those in the fields of nanotech, chemical, agriculture, education, media and construction/intelligence. According to Kaspersky Labs, a new malware strain called Grabit is being used to attack companies in these sectors and it’s been going on for a few months now.
