High volume, high-rate DDoS attacks still proliferate

The study, Mid-Year Threat Report, revealed that more than half of hte attacks monitored in 2014 were high-rate attacks, with five percent reaching volumes of more than 4 gigabits per second – meaning DDoS attacks are getting bigger, with the potential to cause more damage.
