ISA 2006 Service Pack 1 Details Leaked

Here I’ve been, sitting on this wonderful surprise that you’re going to get soon that goes by the name of ISA 2006 Service Pack 1, and now Jim Harrison has leaked all the fantastic details on the ISA Firewall Team Blog! Well, if it couldn’t have been me to tell you, I’m glad it was Jim.

Service Pack 1 for ISA 2006 is not your grandfather’s service pack! You’ll find that you not only get all the fixes since ISA 2006 was released, but a WHOLE LOT MORE. After you install Service Pack 1, you’ll find that you essentially have a completely new version of the ISA Firewall. Yes, that’s how many new and improved features are included in Service Pack 1.

Enough of me whetting your appetite. Head over over to:

https://blogs.technet.com/isablog/archive/2008/05/23/isa-server-2006-service-pack-1-features.aspx

to get all the juicy details.

Oh, and it’s not supported on SBS, because SBS doesn’t support ISA 2006 🙂

HTH,

Tom
