Microsoft mobilizes Azure to fight botnets

On May 28, the Microsoft Digital Crimes Unit (DCU) announced plans to utilize Azure, the company’s cloud computing platform, to share information about known botnet infections with ISPs and CERTs. These is part of the Cyber Threat Intelligence Program (C-TIP). Read more about that program here:
