The vulnerabilities which could allow remote code execution are related to the way Internet Explorer authorizes script access to data and handles objects in memory and affect Internet Explorer 6, Internet Explorer 7, Internet Explorer 8, Internet Explorer 9, and Internet Explorer 10. Users whose accounts are configured to have fewer user rights on the system could be less impacted than users who operate with administrative user rights.
