Quick take: New Azure NSG features, improvements announced

Microsoft recently announced some new and, I think, pretty cool improvements in its Azure network security group feature. Here is a quick look at these new NSG features.

The first one is the additional of ICMP in the protocol selection, as depicted in the image below.

The second feature is the addition of three new service tags: AzurePlatformDNS, AzurePlatformIMDS, and AzurePlatformLKM (Windows Licensing — Key Management Service).
