Q: (from Phillip) Have either of you heard any feedback from clients regarding the constant sync issues from the cloud based SP/Onedrive to local? We have several clients who, at times, don’t have internet access so they use their local(offline) copy of SP to access files and re-sync when back online. There are constant issues with the sync.
A:We are painfully aware that some clients have OneDrive for Business sync issues. We have announced a new sync client that is in preview (still not recommended for customer use) designed to address sync reliability along with other access issues and will be available later this calendar year.
Q: (from Phillip) Is there a possibility for us to test the new sync client internally?
