Meet The Team

Tamar Weinberg

Tamar Weinberg is the editor-in-chief and general manager of TechGenix. A former IT administrator, Tamar has since worked in marketing, publishing, and technology fields across a variety of industries, from startups to large corporations. She’s the author of The New Community Rules: Marketing on the Social Web (O’Reilly), an international bestseller. She is passionate about real-time email. Tamar is based in the New York City area.


Sean Buttigieg

Sean started working in the hospitality industry before joining TechGenix in 2002 to pursue a career in online marketing and sales. Three years later, he was appointed Managing Director of TechGenix. Sean is responsible for a sixfold revenue increase and expanding TechGenix’s contributing authors to the most knowledgeable Microsoft MVPs in the business to firmly establish TechGenix as one of the favorite destination for network and system admins. Under Sean’s leadership, TechGenix has continued to grow well above the industry average.
