If you’re an IT pro working in the defense, chemical or technology fields, be aware of a newly discovered targeted attack that uses PDF files to infect systems with a Trojan called “Trojan.MyAgent,” as reported yesterday in Government Security News. The PDF files (or sometimes zipped files) are being delivered via email and have been disguised as health insurance information. Luckily, the malware has a high detection rate, but these types of malware are always being revised to evade detection. Read more here:
