Phishers impersonate Facebook security personnel

Facebook and other social networking tools are becoming more important to businesses, but their popularity makes them prime targets for phishers, so employees need to be made aware of the risks. A new phishing scheme involves attackers who impersonate Facebook security personnel and send out messages over the web site’s chat function that asks for users’ names, email addresses, passwords, security questions, dates of birth and other sensitive information.
