Ponemon says U.S. cyber-resilience is poor (or worse)

Cyber-resilience means having the right tools and infrastructure to prevent attacks and respond effectively if and when they do occur, but the study referenced here indicates that 3/4 of the organizations in this country are not prepared – even though more than 90 percent of the survey respondents said cyber-resilience is essential to protect intellectual property and for regulatory compliance. Meanwhile, only 25 percent believe their own organizations are cyber-resilient, with only 32 percent confident that they could recover from a cyber attack.
