It is supported to enable any form of continuous replication for a storage group with a public store, if, and only of, there is only one public folder store in the Exchange organization. If you have multiple public folder stores in your Exchange organization homing the Public Folder hierarchy, it is however possible to enable continuous replication for that storage group, but, when you need to failover to the “passive” copy of your public folder database, that store will never mount.
