Recommendations For Exchange ActiveSync Organisation Settings

  1. Hi,

I have installed Exchange 2013 by valid certificate, it all ready work fine (send and receive internal and external email work fine).
my clients need to connect to emails by iPhone and Android device.
all the users ActiveSync is enable but not working. when I try setup activesync and insert email, pass, server name and… (outlook App or add account) not connecting.
after showing security warning about certificate gives this error at end “server error occurred”
I checked my exchange by : https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/ and it show me just “Attempting the FolderSync command on the Exchange ActiveSync session.
The test of the FolderSync command failed. ”

What should I do to fix this?

    Thanks
