I remember back in the day of ISA 2000 and Exchange 2000/2003 we had to come up with a number of interesting tricks to get redirections to work properly for our Internet challenged users.
Things changed quite a bit with ISA 2004 and subsequently with ISA 2006. You don’t have to go through the mental gymnastics we used to have to with ISA 2000.
