The industry has no shortage of cloud security solution offerings but many of them tend to be the “same old, same old.” However, at the NetEvents Cloud Innovation Summit recently, a few ideas emerged that really do offer something new, including the concept of a virtual layer inside the hypervisor that would allow both visibility into network resources and security to coexist.
