A UK government adviser accuses China and Russia of perpetrating cyber-attacks against other countries. The UK’s Prime Minister’s representative on cyber security business related matters said that China and Russia were among the countries involved in attacks against UK’s Foreign Office and other Government departments. The attacks happened earlier on this year. The Prime Minister’s rep. Baroness Neville-Jones, added that such attacks were not only carried out by governments, but by individuals who then sold the secrets they had stolen to rival governments.
