How to quickly check the status of all your Azure services

I was visiting a customer recently, and suddenly we started seeing the error depicted in the image below. I started listing all the possible causes: Internet connectivity issues, proxy, glitch on my browser, and even Azure. Microsoft offers a powerful tool — Azure status — that doesn’t require authentication. Azure status provides descriptive details of every service in every region and any important issue that may be happening in the Azure world.

The odds are that you are having a local issue. However, before going nuts on local troubleshooting, we can always check the Azure services status website, which will provide issues that may be impacting the services as depicted in the image below.

In the same portal, we can check every service and its status per region. So if you do see any problems, do check the status before starting the troubleshooting process.
