TechEd dead? Microsoft MUTE

So long, TechEd – as well as individual product-focused events and the Microsoft Management Summit. You’re being replaced by Microsoft’s Unified Technology Event (which is – and I’m glad – only an interim name.  

There you’ll find the info on Windows, Azure, Lync, Exchange, Office, SharePoint, SQL, System Center, Visio, Visual Studio … but sadly missing from the lineup is, of course, TMG.

The first MUTE (or whatever it ends up being called) will be held in Chicago the week of May 4, 2015.
