The Stuxnet worm was the one we heard about earlier this year, which used a vulnerability in Windows shortcuts. Now it seems that's not the only hole this wiley worm is able to use to its advantage. Microsoft has revealed that there are four additional zero day vulnerabilities the worm exploits, and although they patched two of them in this month's Patch Tuesday update release, the other two remain unpatched.
And that might not be all. Security expert Jason Miller of Shavlik Technologies says it's likely that there are more vulnerabilities related to this worm that are still waiting to be discovered.
