Turning on Windows features during an unattended install

When you install Vista, the in-box games are not enabled by default and so don’t appear on the Start menu. However, you can configure answer file settings to cause FreeCell (my favorite) for example to be automatically enabled on a Vista installation. To do this, you have to add the Windows Foundation package to your answer file and then select the checkbox beside FreeCell under Games in the Properties pane of Windows SIM. Obviously this tip isn’t just for games! If you want to install Vista with any Windows feature enabled, you can do this using an answer file like this.
