Using the All Users profile

Want to ensure a shortcut or file is available to all uses of a computer? Copy the shortcut or file into the All Users user profile on the machine, which is found in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users. For example, by copying a shortcut into the C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu folder, the shortcut will be available on the Start menu of all users who log onto the machine.
