The Provable PC Health feature was a free, optional subscription service that would help keep non-domain computers more secure. It looked like an interesting addition to the security slate, but when Windows 8.1 was released, keen observers noticed that it was missing. Although there are a number of other security enhancements in the OS upgrade, this one is nowhere to be found and Microsoft isn’t telling if, when or in what form it might reappear.
