The new UI is more user friendly designed on simple and intuitive concepts that gives users improved navigation on tasks that they do on regular basis. Zoho’s Online Document Management is a central document Cloud store that gives users the capability to store and share files securely, and access them anywhere anytime. Briefly, it consists of an online file storage including security features and folder/workspace management, an online chat and collaboration feature, and an administrative console that allows the administrator to have control over the user accounts. In addition it integrates Zoho’s Writer, Sheet and Show which makes it easy to create, view and edit word documents, spreadsheets and slideshows without having to flip between the browsers tabs, and lets you preview documents in tabs within the page.
