Yesterday Microsoft released 13 new security bulletins with fixes for 22 separate vulnerabilities, including a critical update for Internet Explorer 9 that addresses a vulnerability that could allow remote code execution. The update resolves five privately reported vulnerabilities as well as two that have been publicly disclosed. Other issues addressed by these fixes include vulnerabilities in DNS server services, in data access components in Windows, in Office (Visio), in Windows Remote Desktop Web Access, and more.
