From a users standpoint, there are very few things more important than the auto complete ability of Microsoft Outlook. As a matter of fact, should those auto complete addresses be lost, most users would be more than willing to beat the tar out of any IT guy that comes too close. Oddly enough, most IT staff aren’t aware that this auto complete list can be backed up with relative ease. The auto complete information is actually stored in its own file which can be backed up and transferred to another computer if necessary. This file is located at C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\profilename.nk2.
