BitDefender last week announced it has updated its security solutions for Microsoft’s Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) Server. New features include support for the removal of spyware, and the new Behavioral Heuristic Analyzer in Virtual Environments, or B-HAVE, which is designed to detect malware for which signatures have not been released yet.
BitDefender for ISA Servers provides antivirus and anti-spyware protection for Web traffic by integrating with the Microsoft firewalls to screen HTTP and FTP for malware. The software is available in two editions, including a standard edition that works with the standard editions of ISA 2000 and ISA 2004, and an enterprise edition designed to work with ISA Server 2004 Enterprise Edition.
