Blue Coat Proxy Security Flaw Delivers One-Two Punch

Blue Coat is really taking it on the chin this week.

First we read that Blue Coat’s stock value is plummeting with what appears to be no bottom in sight, and now they get hit with a critical security flaw. This is a buffer overflow vulnerability that enables the attacker to execute arbitrary commands on the Blue Coat device. If have a vulnerable Blue Coat proxy server, I hope you have an ISA firewall in front of it to protect yourself!
