A few months ago I talked about the VMUG presentation I did live at the Indianapolis Regional VMUG meeting. A few days ago I got the opportunity to give it again as a webinar. I talk about how far Virtual Desktop Infrastructure has come in the last few years and all the things it’s capable of doing now. I focus mostly on VMware Horizon View throughout the talk, obviously it’s a VMUG sponsored thing.
I talk about scalability and the different options available whether you use Cisco B Series blades, Cisco C Series rackmount servers, Cisco UCS minis, and even UCS M Series for very large environments. I go through multiple design options as well. I end it by talking about how we’re working with NVidia to make graphics great, too.
