Configure Windows Vista to Automatically Reopen Folders in Explorer upon Logon

Like in Windows XP, you can make Vista reopen any Explorer windows that are opened when you restart or shutdown:

Open a Windows Explorer window, click Tools > Folder Options > View tab, and enable the Restore previous folder windows at logon option.
