Did you know that if you have Microsoft Outlook on your uers’ desktop computers, you can use Group Policy to control how Outlook is configured and functions? Before you do this however, you need to obtain the ADM file for Outlook and install it. ADM files for all Microsoft Office applications can be obtained from the Microsoft Download Center, just enter Office and ADM in the keyword box for the latest versions of these files.
