Critical IE vulnerability not yet patched

This week, Microsoft verified that attackers can exploit a critical vulnerability in all modern released versions of Internet Explorer in a technique that was demonstrated previously by McAfee researchers. The company is currently working on a patch but does not plan to issue one “out of band,” as there have been no indications of active attacks in the wild using the exploit.
