  1. Why didn’t you add Velocity 360 CRM. In my opinion they are truly focused on what a CRM Should be and not a sales tool. A client of mines was using it and I switched from salesforce to Velocity 360 and it has been Awesome ever since. Just saying you should really check them out if you decide to update this article!
