Microsoft has just released another great add-in for Outlook! The new Delve Analytics Outlook add-in helps users understand the reach of their emails and their relationships with colleagues.
For emails users send, the add-in shows the number of people who have read, forwarded and replied, as well as a lifespan chart showing the email’s read activity. For emails users receive, the add-in provides information about the relationships with colleagues, including the number of emails users exchanged, average response times and the percentage of their email users read.
With insights about how effective our communication is, we can evaluate and make changes if necessary. For example, if a weekly newsletter has low read rate, we can use this information to improve it.
The add-in is automatically enabled for all users who have the Delve Analytics license.
