Ever wondered how a huge web-based company such as Google handles its IT security? This webcast features several Google team members, including their “spam czar,” who talk with TechRepublic about the security Google Apps, authentication and monitoring technologies and Gmail’s spam filtering. It’s an hour long and of course, suffers from the same problem as all webcasts – that is, it’s linear so you have to sit through an entire section to hear any of the information in it. You can, however, skip to different sections (it’s divided into five sections). So if, for example, you only want to know about SAML, OpenID and Oauth, you can listen to just that section. Note that you’ll have turn off the pop-up blocker on your browser to play the presentation.
